Strategic, multi-level communication is effective without subjecting individuals to needless pain and possible re-traumatization. This gentle, respectful and active approach engages and transforms the conscious and subconscious mind so individuals realize, through every facet of their mind and body, that traumatic past events are finished and no longer exert any troubling influence. Negative thoughts and emotions are replaced with feelings of relief, peace, excitement, passion and security. Energy is released, healing takes place, and the desired change is automatic.

UPON COMPLETION OF THIS TRAINING, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO:

  • Compare the effectiveness of three alternative methods for addressing the ongoing effects of sexual violence and childhood abuse as opposed to other types of traumas.

  • Explain four issues specifically associated with sexual violence and childhood trauma that need to be addressed.

  • Describe the cognitive, emotional and physiological responses of sexual violence and childhood abuse.

  • List four benefits of utilizing strategic multi-level communication.
