Satisfactory Completion:
Participants must have paid tuition, logged in and out each day, attended the entire training, and completed an evaluation to receive a certificate of attendance. Failure to log in or out will result in forfeiture of credit for the entire course. No exceptions will be made. Partial credit is not available. Certificates will be available following course completion via email. A record of your attendance will be kept for a minimum of six (6) years.  Should you require a replacement certificate, please notify us by calling (800) 587-2623 or email us at info@rapidresolutiontherapy.com.

Disability Access:
ADA accommodations will be made in accordance with the law. Please indicate your special needs when you register by sending an email to info@rapidresolutiontherapy.com.

Cancellation Policy:
A full refund is available up to seven days prior to the training. After that time, you are responsible for the entire fee. To cancel or arrange for a substitute, please call (800) 587-2623 or email us at info@rapidresolutiontherapy.com. In the unlikely event that a training has to be cancelled, our liability is limited the cost of tuition.
