Policies
Satisfactory Completion:
Participants must have paid tuition, logged in and out each day, attended the entire training, and completed an evaluation to receive a certificate of attendance. Failure to log in or out will result in forfeiture of credit for the entire course. No exceptions will be made. Partial credit is not available. Certificates will be available following course completion via email. A record of your attendance will be kept for a minimum of six (6) years. Disability Access:
ADA accommodations will be made in accordance with the law. Please indicate your special needs when you register by sending an email to info@rapidresolutiontherapy.com.
Cancellation Policy:
A full refund is available up to seven (7) days prior to the training start date. After that time, registrants are responsible for the full training fee. To cancel, request a refund, or arrange for a substitute, please contact us at (800) 587-2623 or info@rapidresolutiontherapy.com.
We also offer a Satisfaction Guarantee so you can attend the beginning of the training and determine if it is a good fit.
For single-day trainings, refund requests must be made within the first hour of the training.
For multi-day or multi-session trainings, refund requests must be made by the end of the first day of training.
If a refund is requested within these timeframes, a full refund will be issued. After these periods have passed, participation is considered accepted and refunds will no longer be available.
In the unlikely event that a training must be cancelled by Rapid Resolution Therapy®, liability will be limited to the cost of tuition paid.Grievance Policy:
If a grievance arises pertaining to continuing education activities or processes, please contact the Institute for Rapid Resolution Therapy via email at info@rapidresolutiontherapy.com as soon as possible so that the nature of the concern may be addressed in a timely fashion.
Non-Licensed Participants:
The laws regarding providing Rapid Resolution Therapy services by unlicensed practitioners vary from state to state. IRRT does not and is not qualified to offer any opinion on the legality of providing this service in any state. We urge you to speak with a qualified attorney and/or the relevant authorities in your state before offering Rapid Resolution Therapy services.
