A Self-Paced Introduction to Rapid Resolution Therapy® and Membership

Transformations Self-Paced is a comprehensive introduction to Rapid Resolution Therapy® and the foundational training required for those interested in pursuing RRT Membership. Through 10 engaging lessons and approximately 40 hours of instruction, participants gain a clear understanding of the principles, communication strategies, and processes that make Rapid Resolution Therapy unique. Whether you are a mental health professional, coach, healthcare provider, or simply interested in understanding how lasting change can occur quickly, this training provides a practical and accessible starting point.
Each lesson includes video instruction, demonstrations, handouts, transcripts, and supporting resources designed to deepen understanding and reinforce learning. Participants can move through the material at their own pace while developing a strong foundation in the core concepts and methods of RRT. Transformations Self-Paced offers an immersive learning experience that combines education, observation, and practical application, preparing participants for further training and membership opportunities within the Rapid Resolution Therapy® community.
